God of Restoration

Focus: Jeremiah 30:17 – KJV

17. For I will restore health unto thee, and I will heal thee of thy wounds, saith the LORD; because they called thee an Outcast, saying, This is Zion, whom no man seeketh after.

Jeremiah 30:16-17

Many people are thirsty for many different things. In their thirst, they are not only negatively affected, they are also not getting to the source of living waters to drink the everlasting thirst quencher. Some thirst for success in business like Peter but go toiling in the wrong focus. Some like Rachael had been without fruit of the womb but kept looking to their spouse for solution. Some others like the woman with the issue of blood have serious ailment but kept looking to physicians who can only care but not heal. Some, like Nicodemus, need spiritual fulfilment but rather than focus on the Source, they keep entangling themselves with the old ways that the Lord had declared faulty. It is unfortunate that the restoration they need is not accessible from the places where they look. Bear in mind, most of their thirsts are brought to bear by the operation of the evil one who scorches them with fire to ensure they are athirst.

But the source of living water has invited and is still inviting everyone that thirsts to come unto Him and drink. When you drink from Him, you will never thirst again. That your situation receives a permanent solution. When Peter yielded himself and his boat to the source, his thirst was quenched with a catch of a draught of fish and he was transformed eventually from a fisherman to a fisher of men. Has the enemy moved so much against you to make people forsake you and call you evil names? The Lord is here to give you rest today. Even though you had been rejected hitherto, the Lord will heal you and restore you by quenching your thirst today. Indeed, those who had rejected you will seek you for favor from now on by the reason of the action of God for your sake. Soon, as the rock refused by the builder, you will be regarded as the head of the corner. Have faith in God.

SOLUTION: There is only one source of living water; drink of Him. Whatever it is you think you are going through, please turn to God alone for help. And when you commit anything into His hands, please leave it to Him to handle.

As the Lord lives, every attack against your health, finance, spiritual life or whatever shall receive response from the Lord today in Jesus name. Those who had been looking down at you will come to look up to you real soon in Jesus name. Just stand with Christ.
