Message:
Welcome to the last month in the eventful year 2020. As the year is running to an end, we invite you to pause and take a thought: by what means are you able to make it thus far? Isn’t it because the Lord has chosen you to fulfill a particular purpose that He has preserved you thus among many people? It is immaterial that you were wayward before now. That’s only because you yielded your soul to the wicked one. The Lord knew all the while that you would read this and encounter a turn around. He had thus chosen you unto Himself that He may use you for the purpose for which He created you. Don’t stay any further in the cage of the enemy. Yield to the Author of your life. He gave many up for your sake that you might be alive today. His setting you apart has ascribed holiness unto you. He called Israel a holy people even though they were reckoned as stiff-necked. Your state of mind before now is not material. It is what you do from now with your life that matters. Are you going to yield to the lover of your soul or to the enemy thereof? Once you yield to Christ, His holiness robs off on you; you start to operate among others who have also been washed from their filth and are now a holy people, peculiar and preserved aside others. Recount what the Lord has done for you during the year despite your constantly turning your back on Him. You know how so much He’s been on the lookout for you. It is time for you to reciprocate His love. Don’t let this time pass with you still ignoring Him. It may be dangerous. Give your life to Him NOW. If you have, stop ignoring His overtures towards you. He loves you. He is waiting to find that you love Him too. One of the greatest ways to show appreciation to Him for all He has done for you this year is to show Him you love Him. Show it through your worship and giving. But do you love Him?
Prayer:
Lord forgive me for taking you too small in my heart. I realize my folly and your love for me all the while. Please forgive me. Thanks for loving and choosing me. I do love you too. Help me to love you more than this and to remain in your love till you come for me in glory in Jesus name.
