Have Faith In The Name Of Jesus

Focus: Acts 3:16 - KJV

16. And his name through faith in his name hath made this man strong, whom ye see and know: yea, the faith which is by him hath given him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all.

Philippians 2:9-11

So many people have suffered for nothing because they fail to put to use the weapons of power that the Lord has released unto believers. As many as have faith in the power in the name of Jesus and put it to use, have found signs and wonders following their ministration. Peter and John had faith in the name and called it to action; to their absolute consternation, the one for whom they invoked the name was made whole. Many times, believers have called the name in the time of trouble and had a way of escape made for them. So many have been rescued from great indignation while they slept and could find the courage to call the name of Jesus. Those who think believers are wasting their time by believing in the name do not yet realize what they are missing. For everyone that believes, no other name has been given to us under the heavens by which we may be saved. All that is necessary is for us to invoke it in the times of trouble, either for ourselves or for our neighbors.

On this faithful day, the Lord wants us to be reminded of the extreme power in the name of Jesus. That is the name that the Lord has elevated above every other name, at the mention of which all knees bow of things in heaven, on earth and beneath the earth. Now, how do we have such a name and not put it to use? We are constantly beleaguered by evil powers not wanting us to make progress, yet we keep mum. As many as will invoke the name today will see the knees of evil bow for their sakes. Whatever name is ascribed to the knee – sickness, barrenness, failure, poverty, depression, recurrent problems etc., when they hear the name of Jesus, they bow. Once they do, the victim is freed from their holds. Please make yourself free today, shout the name of Jesus with clear faith in your heart to cause the knees to bow.

SOLUTION: The name of Jesus conquered Satan. Every negative issue is subservient to Satan. If Satan bowed, no issue can stand at the mention of the name of Jesus. Call the name today and with it, buy your freedom from the shackles of hell.

·      Thank God for making the name of Jesus available to us for our rescue from principalities and powers

·      Pray and tell God to please let the name of Jesus work for you as you invoke it today

·      From the depth of your heart, shout the name of Jesus before leaving home today, and ask all knees to bow at your appearing

·      Wherever you get to, before you enter, call the name of Jesus so that every knee there would bow

·      Tell God what effect you want to start to see as the knees are bowed.
