Focus Scripture:
"Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened." — Matthew 7:7-8 (KJV)

Our God is a devoted Father who delights in giving good things to His children. He proved the depth of His love by giving us His most precious gift—His only Son. If He has already given us the best of Heaven, why would we doubt His willingness to provide for our daily needs? He often moves to answer us even before we finish speaking. However, we must understand that God’s "no" or "wait" is also an act of love. Just as a parent withholds something harmful from a child,
God may withhold a request that doesn't glorify Him or that might ultimately hurt us. Consider Jesus in the Garden of Gethsemane: He asked for the cup of suffering to pass, but He submitted to the Father's higher will. If that request had been granted, the world would have remained in the bondage of sin.
Today, the Lord invites you to stop carrying your burdens in silence. He is calling you to the throne of grace. Whether you are asking for a need, seeking a solution, or knocking on a closed door, do so with the confidence of a child approaching a loving father. When we align our requests with His will and ask in Jesus' name, the windows of heaven are ready to open.
Prayer:Dear Lord, I come before You today with the weight of my burdens. I ask that You lift them so that my life may reflect Your peace. Please provide for the needs of my family and myself this day. Guide my heart to desire what aligns with Your will, and thank You for being a Father who hears and answers. In Jesus’ name, Amen
Please share. God bless you.
