The Swap!
Focus: 2 Corinthians 5:21 - KJV
21. For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.
2 Corinthians 5:16-21
Jesus Christ came into the world of sin and lived all through without any sin at all. He was taken before many judges and none had anything to hold against Him. He said by Himself that the prince of this world cometh but had nothing of his in “me”. On the converse, we all were in Adam as little atoms at the time he sinned. Hence, we all are ordinarily sinners by our being from Adam. But God did something for us: He made the sinless and faultless Jesus to take the place of the sinful and filthy us in death. To the effect that all the faults that were ascribed to us have been erased by the death that He died on the cross in our stead. Going forward, He was made a curse for our sake even though He ordinarily is the Blessing that the blessed receive to be blessed. So, as He took our place and became a curse, the blessing He carries became our portion straight away by the reason of the swap. And now, we are considered the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. God is righteous who had promised to redeem us and has so done. Whatever He promises to do, He fulfils.
Today, by the reason of the righteousness which God sees upon your life, every blessing that is ascribed to the righteous is available to you. Therefore, whatever could not hold the righteous Jesus bound before opting to carry the sins of man, ought not to hold you bound. This means, if there is any manifestation of darkness anywhere around you, they ought to fizzle out by the extent of light that you carry now by reason of the swap. If they still seem to be there you are to shake them off and they will disappear. You are born to rule and reign by the reason of your being born again.
SOLUTION: We cannot be lords and dwell like slaves. The Lord has made us lords, it is our position to ensure we do not abdicate our place because of the fake roar of the enemy. Don’t call God a liar: assert your position in every situation.
This day, the Almighty will by His Majesty make your throne show and shine over all situations and circumstances in the name of Jesus Christ. The power of God will lead you to the blessed place the Lord has prepared for you in Jesus’ name. You will never lose out in the place of authority in the name of Jesus. Shine!
