Focus: Matthew 8:8 - KJV
8. The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed.
Psalms 107:19-20
The word of God is powerful and it is stronger, sharper than any two-edged sword. It can be employed for doctrinal teachings and an in-depth study of the person of God, aside from being used as a weapon of defense or offense. It is with the word that God created most things on earth. All He did was say “let there be” and there was. Whenever the word is released and it is backed by the Spirit of God, it creates, reproves, convicts and shakes up every negative operation in a given circumstance. For instance, when the earth was full of darkness, without form and void, all God did was say “let there be light” and swiftly, the earth was transformed. Those who have the understanding of this and realize that the word can be sent from heaven or any other realm into a particular circumstance and it will never return void until it performs that for which it is sent, will by faith, accept the release of the word from whatever distance and find its performance. Such is the example of the centurion in our text. He got his miracle by such faith.
Today, the Lord is asking that we have faith in the potency of the word noting that distance is no barrier to its efficacy. As long as it is the word of God, or positively released in the name of the Lord, let us by faith hold on to it and by its potency, it will find performance. It is clear by the power in the word of God that no matter where you are reading this from, this very day, solution comes for that lingering problem you have been looking unto God for, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. It does not matter what has been showing regarding the matter, the turnaround comes now, in Jesus’ name. Just believe and you will see the glory of God.
SOLUTION: Believe in the Lord your God and you will be established; believe His prophets, so shall you prosper, is the word of God as it is written. Believe God today that the word that has gone forth will never be hindered, regardless of distance. You shall rejoice, today.
Please pray:
· Give thanks to God for always backing His word up with power
· Ask that the word that has been released over your life for good will find performance and never return void
· Ask God to negative every evil word spoken against your life that it may never come to pass
· Pray for your family that whatever the enemy has released into the air as word shall never come to pass over any of the members
· Say to God the areas where you need the performance of His word just like the centurion was precise about his request
