The Harvest Is Near

Focus: Galatians 6:9 KJV: And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
Let’s not give up when doing the right thing gets exhausting. Spiritual burnout can tempt one to quit right before the finish line. God promises that if we endure and faint not, our harvest of breakthrough and blessing has a guaranteed due season to manifest.
God commanded Noah to build a massive ark on dry land. He spent years cutting wood, building, and warning a corrupt world that mocked him relentlessly. Despite decades of zero visible results and intense social pressure, Noah refused to grow weary or quit. He steadily kept doing exactly what God commanded. Right on time, the harvest arrived. The floodwaters came, and Noah’s time of unwearied labor resulted in the absolute salvation of his entire family and the preservation of human life.
We need to know that the size of our harvest matches the span of our endurance. When we feel exhausted from doing what is right without seeing immediate rewards, let us remember that God tracks our persistence. Therefore, keep pressing forward; your due season is closer than you think.
Prayer:
Thank you, Lord for keeping me steady in my walk with you. No matter what the world may bring my way, I stay put with you and place my life in your hands. I insist on being your son to the end so that I may never fall into disobedience and thereby, into the world. I patiently await the harvest for my endurance in you; please don’t let me ever miss out. Help me to stay till the end unperturbed, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
Please share. God bless you.
