Focus: 1 Corinthians 10:21 - KJV
21. Ye cannot drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of devils: ye cannot be partakers of the Lord's table, and of the table of devils.

The basis of the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ to the world is lost on many including some who claim to be Christians. The essence of His coming, like He said Himself, is not to destroy the law but to confirm it. However, in confirming the law, He came to set it straight by correcting all adulterations and making the clarity of the mind of God known to us. Hence, He maintains that as against the originators of the adulteration, He is the way, the truth and the life. Therefore, everything that has to do with the adulteration tends to idolatry and should be done away with. For example, the law was of the position that a man could issue his wife a certificate of divorcement and put her away; but Christ shed light on it to say it was not so from the beginning. Meaning, that was never the intention of God. How then can we claim we are of the Lord Jesus Christ and still hold the practice of issuing the certificate of divorcement dear, for instance? That is confusing. It is either we are for the Lord or we are not. There is no merger between the Lord’s ways and the tradition of the fathers that do not depict God.
Traditions that are not approved of the Lord should not be mixed with the doctrines of the Lord. It is akin to putting new wine in the old wine skin. The tendency is for the bottle to burst and the wine spilled. That is of no benefit to anyone. For those who would rather stick with the tradition of the fathers, it is advisable they stay clear for all to see, and stop pretending to be of Christ. It is the tradition of the fathers that encourages the killing of supposed human enemies on the basis of an eye for an eye. The position of the Lord is clear: love your enemies and pray for them that despitefully use you. There is no way such different doctrines can coexist or be practiced by one person. If the Judaists, Zionists and Islamists who still practice an eye for an eye believe they would be saved by it, we do not begrudge those who want to continue in it with them as they may also believe there is salvation therein. All that we know is that without Christ (believing in and obeying Him) no one can access the Father.
Beloved, there is no relationship between light and darkness; neither is there any between Christ and Belial. It is important we know this and know peace. If therefore, you are one of those still in limbo, caught in the valley of decision, it is time to come clean by getting separated to the side of the Lord. There is no other way unto salvation except the Lord Jesus Christ. Oh! Are we calling other prophets evil? Not quite. All that is material is that they are not as representative of God as the Lord Jesus. Anyone that carried/carries a message that is not absolutely correct about God, already carried a lie and which makes it not trustworthy. Yes, he got a message; but then the message was adulterated to cause derailment. Who brought the adulteration? Yes, the enemy sowed weed while men slept. Once filth is introduced in water, no matter how pure it had been, it becomes impure and therefore unfit for consumption. Be separate dearly beloved, be separate.
SOLUTION: Please make up your mind through whom you want to access God: is it through the Lord Jesus Christ whom all scriptures affirm as the beloved of God and must be obeyed, or through others who do not have such attestation? That is precisely the matter. Once the choice is made, stop the mix up, stay clear with your choice.
Please pray: Father, many have taught others to practice the doctrine and traditions of the fathers with that of Christ together. By your mercy, since oil and water do not mix, help to do a clear separation that people will come to the knowledge of the truth and be free indeed, in Jesus’ name. Please instill in your appointed teachers the truth to teach from time to time, in Jesus’ name. And do please forgive all that so acted out of ignorance, dear Lord, in Jesus’ mighty name.
