Be witnesses of God’s salvation to man

Text: Isaiah 43:10-11

10. Ye are my witnesses, saith the Lord, and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me. 11. I, even I, am the Lord;

and beside me there is no saviour.

Bible Reading:

Acts 3:12-18

Message:

The world is full of lies and nuances regarding the existence or otherwise of God. This does not in any way take away the truth of the existence of one God. Many come with pointers to the fact that all things evolved and that reference to any God is a scam. Some even created their forms of god and worship nonexistent beings. The Creator of the heavens and the earth is Jealous. He has done all things for mankind to ensure man realizes He is. Truth is, Jesus Christ did not come doing miracles to show ego. The essence of the miracles was to raise witnesses to the existence of one God and to affirm that He (God) has fulfilled His promise of salvation. Hence, the miracles were done to glorify God. Through His death and resurrection, Christ has raised many to be witnesses to the existence of one God and to the fact that salvation has been delivered to man. As His witnesses, He expects us to tell others and make them beneficiaries of the salvation that has already been wroth. If they know not, there is no way they will take a benefit thereof. For donkey years, gold resided beneath the earth in some places and people walk all over it without taking benefit of it simply because they knew not. Like Peter, reach forth to represent the light wherever you find darkness and don’t be silent in being a witness unto Christ as to the power of God. The reward is horrendous.

Prayer:

Father, please help me never to remain quiet again wherever I am expected to be your witness. Let your grace upon my life show forth always to dispel darkness for your sake in Jesus name.
