Focus: Revelation 7:12 - KJV
12. Saying, Amen: Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honour, and power, and might, be unto our God for ever and ever. Amen.
Revelations 7:9-17
Brother Paul in his Epistle to the Church in Ephesus made us to realize that once we become members of the family of God through the finished works on the cross, we are translated from being ordinary earth dwellers into staying with Christ in heavenly places far above all principalities and powers. This simply translates to the fact that although we live in the body on earth, we are actually citizens of heaven and are constantly present there. We are companions of the Lord Jesus Christ. Meanwhile, all blessing, glory, wisdom, thanksgiving and honor belong to our Companion. It follows that, since anyone that walks with the wise shall be wise (Proverbs 13:20a), we, as companions of Christ, have His blessing, glory honor etc. rub off on us. It works like a magnetic force. When a metal stays so long on a magnet, it starts to become magnetic. The one who is acquainted with a blessed person starts to observe, learn and acquire the ways of blessing. When the Light of the Lord’s countenance shines on us from being in His presence, we start to carry part of His glory. Ask Moses. The acts Moses, Elisha, Elijah and even the Lord Jesus performed on earth that make generations respect them as blessed people were the results of being in companionship with the Lord, the original possessor of the glory.
Today, the Lord wants us to equally experience and exhibit the blessing that our lives have attracted from being in His presence. Incidentally, if Moses did not lift up his rod to get the Red Sea parted we would not have read about the parting of the Red Sea. If Joshua had kept mum without commanding the elements to stand still we would not have read about the day that did not change. God’s instruction to the user of this Guide today therefore is to by faith, put the blessing and glory of God upon your life to action by commanding those things you want to see and have them materialize. The owner of the glory only had to speak for the entire universe to be created. You are called to do your bit today that you may start to show forth that you are resident in heaven, that is if you are.
SOLUTION: We all can have part of the blessing of God in our lives if we are also seated in heavenly places with Christ Jesus. That is only achievable when we become born again and stick with righteousness. Be born again.
In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, as you decree a thing from today, it shall be established unto you. No barrier will be able to slow you down again from now in Jesus’ name. The One who has caused you to dwell in heavenly places has put all principalities and powers under your feet and therefore no power shall prevail against you again ever, in Jesus’ name. Welcome to a new wave of glory. Shalom!
