Focus: Romans 6:8 - KJV
8. Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him:
2 Timothy 2:8-13
That Jesus died for the sins of man to reconcile us back to the father is a fact that cannot be rebutted. Some, in order to create a doubt as they are sent of the devil, claim Jesus did not die even though He ascended to heaven and would return. That is a lie from the pit of hell. If He did not die, then there is no hope of man reuniting with the father. But because He did die and rose again before ascending to heaven, everyone who believes and is baptized is baptized into the death and the resurrection of Christ. He becomes dead to sin and is given life in Christ, to live by. Living by Him on this side of eternity is a precursor to living with Him eternally. When we live by Him, His blood purges us of all sin to the extent that the father sees us through His blood which is quite precious. And, once heaven becomes familiar with us in righteousness, a space is provided for us with the father in whose house there are many mansions.
There is however, danger in living outside of Christ in the present life. It is possible to continue to claim to be Christian and not live by Christ. Living by Him is predicated upon living right, by Him. In other words, living in total obedience and submission unto Him. We cannot know how to do that unless we study Him with rapt attention in the school of the Holy Spirit. The extent of studying we do in Moses, Elijah, Samuel, Saul, David and even Paul without it tied to the knowledge of the person of God through Christ Jesus, is an exercise in futility. For if we believe not in Him and keep frolicking around treacherously, yet He abides faithful and will never deny Himself. We are to live by Christ alone. He is the one who saved us. As for other servants and prophets, we are to x-ray their lives to exhume examples of how to or not to relate with God, using the prism of Christ. We are not to emulate their deeds or stand with their tenets unless approved by Christ.
The Lord will keep us focused on Himself alone, using the eyes that we now have as we live by Christ Jesus, in Jesus’ name. None shall be able to dissuade us from the love of Christ in Jesus’ name. No devil will be able to shift our focus from Christ in the name of Jesus. Every attempt to rob us of our place in the mansions in heaven is destroyed by fire in Jesus’ name. The Lord will by His Spirit, open our eyes and hearts to the truth of the essence of Christ that we may profit in the Kingdom thereby, in Jesus’ name. By the power that raised the Lord Jesus from the dead, we all shall finish well and strong in Jesus’ name.
SOLUTION: Look and live. Look to Jesus alone and live by Him on earth so as to live with Him in the end. All other land is sinking sand.
