Focus: Psalms 18:1-2 - KJV
1. I will love thee, O LORD, my strength. 2. The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower.
Psalms 18:1-10
When we fall genuinely in love with someone, the tendency is for the same to love us also in return. Now, if the one we love is the most powerful being there ever can be, and the same loves us in return, anyone that attempts to pitch his tent against us pitches it against the one we love. In other words, our enemies become the enemies of our lover. When God arises for them that love Him, His enemies scatter and are devastated. Ask Moses! The common shepherd stood against the president of a whole nation bearing only a staff, and defeated the president sore. David could not be tampered with by Goliath because of the one he loved. Paul and Silas brought an earthquake to bear when they called on their lover while in chains in prison. It is those who do not know the Lord of hosts that do toy with Him. By His prowess, those who love Him prevail over their enemies.
The mind of God for us today is that if only we will just truly love Him. Loving God is not rocket science. When you love someone, you kiss the same regularly. Kiss the Lord by speaking to Him regularly mouth to mouth: in psalms, hymns and spiritual songs. You will also ensure you do not serve Him what He detests. Love God by living holy for He detests filth and He loves them that live in obedience. Love is proven through giving. Give to God quality offerings at every opportunity, not forgetting that when you give to the poor you lend to God. When we do these things, God becomes used to us and yields to our voices when we call. When the God of the universe arises for us, like He is going to do today, our enemies suffer devastation including earthquakes and all manner of plagues while we ride on the wings of the eagle.
SOLUTION: Show God unfettered love from today and watch Him reciprocate your love. Your enemies are in trouble, if you do.

· Sing praises to God your lover and express your love to Him
· Report every enemy of your soul to God, your lover and please leave no stone unturned
· Ask God to arise on your behalf and put your enemies to flight
· Celebrate God for the uncommon victory that is ahead of you
· Ask God to settle you with peace all around, better than He granted Solomon in his reign over Israel
