Focus: John 14:27 - KJV
27. Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
John 20:19-26
The position of the life of man as stated in the book of Job is that it is short and full of troubles. In the troubles of life, everyone desires peace and the possessor of the peace that passes all understanding is the Prince of Peace, Himself. Remember when He was in the boat with His disciples and there was a storm on the sea, how He silenced the storm with no stress? He is here to still every storm you are facing at this time. When He delivered Himself to the Roman army that eventually killed Him, His disciples faced a great storm because of the vacuum His death created. But, somehow, He showed up in their most miserable moment to grant them His peace in place of their storm. Thomas was a special candidate: he had expressed opinion that Christ should not be left alone to die in Jerusalem. But when push came to shove, he was more devastated that he didn’t stay around. Even when he was told Christ had risen, he sought proof as it was difficult for him to believe. Then the Prince of Peace showed up for his sake and he received peace, whereupon he called Jesus, my Lord and my God.
It is a good place to release for your understanding that this very day, the Lord is here to give you His peace in that situation of yours. For you that is shattered because of the situation in the economy of your nation or your health or any such storm, God is speaking peace to that storm today in Jesus’ name. It does not matter what or who you have lost that has drained strength and virtue out of you, the Prince of peace is showing up in that matter for your sake in Jesus’ name. It does not matter the height of the storm and the level of crisis that has been released upon you that is causing you to panic, the Lord gives you his peace that settles the matter today in Jesus’ name. For you that is experiencing marital storm, the Lord speaks His peace to that situation and your joy is restored now, in Jesus’ name. There is peace and there is peace. The peace of God is one that passes all understanding. It is like pouring water into an inferno caused by burning wood and going out instantaneously. That manner of peace comes upon your situation in life today and no devil will ever be able to reverse that again, in Jesus’ name.
SOLUTION: Just seek the face of the Lord today worshipping and praying unto Him for peace in your storm and you will never be disappointed.
Please pray: Father, please still the storm ravaging my life today with your peace, in Jesus’ name.
