Stop Judging Others 2

Text: Galatians 5:13

For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another.

Bible Reading:

Acts 10:28-35

Message:

Many are times we assume we know so much and take God for granted in our actions particularly as people to whom God has assigned the Great Commission. Often times we assume we are better placed and do things as we think and not in accordance with God’s dictates. We judge and condemn others forgetting that when God gave the liberty to condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment, He did not exclude any. He did not so exclude because every judgmental tongue is in rebellion unto the one who says judge not. The calling of God upon the life of every believer is a call to liberty from sin and a path showing us to live like Christ. The tendency however exists for many to get carried away with their liberty such that they assume too much of themselves to yield rather to the flesh by not serving their brethren through love; allowing hatred/bitterness to be sown in them through some form of distorted information aimed at rail-roading them to hell. Really and truly no hater can end up in the kingdom for the kingdom is characterized by righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Ghost. Hatred is borne out of being judgmental. It leads only far away from God. Of a truth, hatred stinks and by its stench attracts darkness which is fraught with demons that dwell therein. The Lord is dwelling on this aspect so much to assist you stand in the Spirit and not fulfill the lust of the flesh. By it many have lost it. The joy of the kingdom is, there is room for repentance while you are still breathing. The Lord can still pick you up from where you had fallen if only you will return to Him in humility today. Heed His warning.

Prayer Guide:

Please cry unto God for help in every area you have hurt Him and fellow beings through judgment; ask Him to restore you to the heights from which you had fallen by your wrong deeds particularly in judging others; pray that He will please sustain you in His Spirit never to fall again. Pray in the name of Jesus Christ.
